SUNSYSTEM is the first Compact Polycarbonate Plate System with its own anodized aluminum profiles. Designed for large lights, without rubber gaskets and with completely hidden fixings. “dry-mounted”, without the need for the use of silicones or E.P.D.M joints, with a precise modulation between axes given by the profiles, achieving a floating support of Compact Polycarbonate.

It is valid for applications both on an inclined plane, with a minimum slope of 5%, or for curved installations with a minimum radius of curvature of 4 m, without the need to thermo form the Compact Polycarbonate plate, 600 mm wide for 3 mm thick, and 800 mm for 4 mm thick. The 4 mm thick plates have the same acoustic attenuation as a 16 mm cellular polycarbonate plate. It avoids the “drum effect”, in the event of impacts, due to its solid structure, attenuating 24 dB, according to DIN 52210-75 RW. It meets the requirements of C.T.E, in terms of reaction to fire, according to EN 13501, resulting in B-s1, d0.

SUNSYSTEM provides 25 years of warranty, against possible water leaks. 10 years of warranty, with a maximum loss of T.L. of 6%, and 1% more each year starting from the previous 10, according to ASTM D1003-77
