IRPEN has within its wide range of POLICRIL (Methacrylate) the POLICRIL IN range. They are methacrylate plates that allow us to include unique elements inside, so that they last over time. It is manufactured semi-manually with an “open mold”, in thicknesses of 4 and 6 mm., where we place its low-thickness, cloth-like “element” between the Cast Methacrylate. Both sides are smooth and transparent as if it were a frame on both sides of a painting with a maximum manufacturing format of 2020*1320 mm. This “perimeter plastic shield” in Methacrylate makes its design last over time, given its hard, transparent and highly abrasion resistant acrylic envelope.
