AK 11 plates - A different and efficient option for your covers
Among the materials that we have in our product portfolio for skylights and roofs, we can highlight the AK 11 plates. They are corrugated and corrugated cellular polycarbonate sheets, which offer us multiple possibilities. Among its main features, we highlight:
-Variety of waves and creases that adapt to the different sheet metal and sandwich panel profiles, depending on the necessary wave passage or crease.
-Plate thicknesses ranging from 3 to 6 mm for corrugated plates and from 3 to 16 mm for corrugated plates.
-Useful widths of approximately 1,000 mm
-Maximum lengths on request up to 13,500 mm
-UV protection by coextrusion on the external side.
-Heat-sealed end closure
-Bs1d0 fire behavior, according to EN 13501-1
-Variable light transmission depending on thickness and color, if it is transparent (approx. 80% to 60%) or opal white (approx. 60% to 40%).
-Thermal transmission coefficient U with values of 4.50 W/m2K (for 3 mm), up to 2.05 W/m2K (for 16 mm).
-Working temperature from -40ºC to 120ºC
Load tables for each panel, in which we can determine the distance between supports depending on the loads to be supported in the area.
All this, together with their versatility, aesthetics, easy installation and low price, make AK11 corrugated and creased cellular polycarbonate sheets the best choice for covering skylights and roofs, replacing other products that do not comply with current regulations.
