Below we show you the main technical characteristics of our new MA Cellular Polycarbonate Systems, suitable for the construction of facades and roofs, both flat and curved.

MA Systems stand out for:

-ANCHORING SYSTEM: which guarantees the stability and security of the panel.

-Inner side of the anchor,

-Anchor profile clamp The anchoring and perfect support of polycarbonate panels is achieved by attaching the polycarbonate profile and the steel profile. The unique shape of the panels and the special steel profile keep the panels firm against pressure and suction loads, caused by wind, snow or impacts.

-WATERPROOFNESS, the system guarantees perfect water tightness:

The polycarbonate panels are blocked with the steel profile and the polycarbonate profile. This avoids perforating them with fixings and ensuring their tightness against possible dust and moisture infiltration. In the case of micro elements that could penetrate the main drain, the system has a steel profile that guarantees a final drain of infiltration and condensation, without this interfering with the fixing screws.

- WIDE DISTANCE BETWEEN SUPPORTS: both for vertical, flat or curved applications. Due to its solid structure and composition with the steel profile, we achieve wide lights, depending on the loads and the selected system, below we show the load diagrams.

- WIDE RANGE: We have two Standard versions of 500 mm and the Maxi version of 1,000 mm in width and thicknesses from 10 to 40 mm.
