In this edition, we are going to focus on the presentation of the new FO 12 PVC plate that has recently been added to our offer. With this, we are expanding our catalog of foamed PVC products and responding to the demand of our customers, making available to them, a range of lightweight plates specially designed for use in printing and signage work. This is a panel with a recycled foamed PVC core, whose surface is shiny, smooth and uniform, making it a support suitable for printing and screen printing using compatible inks. These plates are characterized by having a closed and homogeneous cellular structure, resulting in a material that does not absorb water or moisture, in addition to being able to be used in aggressive chemical environments due to its high chemical resistance. Its low transmission capacity provides it with outstanding insulating performance. The resulting set provides us with an ideal material for use in decorating stands or other work related to the world of design. Designed for indoor use, its properties make it ideal for use in small and large format images, posters or interior signage. Due to its surface structure, it achieves optimal adhesion of the printing ink and is extremely resistant to color. The resulting plates have excellent planimetry and are easy to handle, allowing machining, vacuum molding, cutting or screen printing.
