Recently, our offer in plates of PVC, has been expanded with the addition of a new multilayer support, specifically the FO 06.

This variety expands our catalog of sandwich products with a foamed PVC core, with this, we provide our customers with a range of plates designed to be used in signage, printing or exhibition work.

This new typology combines the properties of white rigid PVC on its surface with the lightness provided by the foamed PVC core, from recycled and black color.

Its surface is characterized by being extremely soft and uniform on both sides, and it is presented with a protective film on one of them, which guarantees that it maintains these characteristics. Ideal support for printing and screen printing, as its glossy white finish allows excellent color reproduction as well as being defined as having excellent ink adhesion capacity.

Another notable property is its rigid PVC finish on both sides, which makes it a support resistant to small deformations caused by small bumps and/or surface scratches. Even with its relatively light weight, it is defined by its high structural strength, as well as chemical resistance, which allows it to behave very well in chemically aggressive environments, making it suitable for use in corrosive industrial environments.

On the other hand, its low transmission capacity provides it with outstanding performance as a thermal and electrical insulator. The resulting set provides us with an ideal material for use in construction work, whether in window dressing, decoration and all kinds of stands and displays.

The excellent planimetry of its surface, together with the ease of manipulation, allows the use of different machining techniques with excellent results. From milling, through drilling, sawing or to cold bending by die-cutting, making a semi-cut on one of its sides without forgetting the possibility of thermoforming it.
